To access an e-book from the Library, you would first need to create a library account using the following criteria: 1) your name, 2) A#, 3) University (bulldog) email, 4) classification, and 5) choose your own 4-digit PIN. Once your library account is established, go to the library's webpage ( and select e-books from the pull down menu, or click on the link e-journal and e-books on the left column. Search and select the book of your choice. Click on the title link and you are able to view the entire book.

An e-book can be viewed on your device (laptop, tablet, smart phone) and depending on the publisher checked out and downloaded. A select number of pages can also be printed out (the number depends on the publisher)

E-books cannot be renewed, only checked out. There is no limit to the times you can check it out.  If it is a popular title you may have to wait in line to check it out again. Checking out an e-book is like checking out a regular book, if it is checked out and another copy is not available, you have to wait for it.
